1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "sga999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the sga999 online gaming platform accessible at https://sga999.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on sga999 and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account held by a Member on sga999, linked to a unique username, password, and verified identity.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to real-money deposits held within a Member's sga999 Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to non-cashable promotional credits awarded to Members under sga999's promotional programs, subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all betting markets, casino games, lottery products, live dealer tables, and any other gambling or entertainment products made available through sga999.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required by sga999 before a Member may withdraw funds or access full Platform functionality.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum cumulative bet turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Credits may be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of sga999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied in full at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an sga999 Account. sga999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account suspended immediately, all Funds confiscated, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. sga999 primarily serves the Indonesian market and tailors its payment infrastructure, customer support, and product offering accordingly. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship, persons declared legally incapacitated, or persons subject to court orders restricting financial activity may not register.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one sga999 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
5. Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion through sga999 or any third-party gambling self-exclusion scheme are not eligible to hold an active sga999 Account during their exclusion period.

3. Account Registration

To access sga999's Services, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any information changes after registration (e.g., a new email address or bank account), you must notify sga999 support immediately.
• You must create a unique, confidential password for your Account. sga999 strongly recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. sga999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• sga999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

4. KYC & Verification

sga999 is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at sga999's discretion, you will be required to submit identity verification documents.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued national identity card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or valid passport showing full name, date of birth, and photo.
• Recent bank statement (within 90 days) for the bank account registered to your sga999 Account, confirming account ownership.
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by sga999's compliance team, including utility bills for address verification.

sga999 targets completion of standard KYC reviews within 2 business days of document submission. During this review period, deposits may continue but withdrawals will be placed on hold. sga999 reserves the right to withhold payments pending satisfactory KYC completion, and to terminate accounts where Members refuse to complete KYC or where submitted documents cannot be verified.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sga999 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallets and Rp 20.000 for bank transfers. Deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. sga999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed to the originating account where technically possible, or held pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are available to Members who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. sga999 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside of operating hours or during bank system maintenance windows may experience delays.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, consistent with anti-money laundering requirements. sga999 charges no withdrawal fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sga999 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of once, unless expressly stated ot herwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Credits are not withdrawable and may only be used for wagering purposes until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus Credits that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• sga999 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to Wagering Requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, certain jackpot slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws may contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution toward clearing a Wagering Requirement.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time.
• sga999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Members who have partially completed a qualifying Wagering Requirement.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting software errors, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinating with other Members to abuse promotions — will result in immediate cancellation of all active bonuses and may result in account termination.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sportsbook markets on sga999, including football (bandar bola — sports betting markets), Asian handicap markets (voor bola), and accumulator bets (mix parlay). Product-specific rules are detailed within each respective game lobby or market interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or modified after submission except in cases where sga999 determines that a manifest error occurred (see below).
• sga999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any irregular activity reported by a recognized sporting integrity body.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — defined as an obviously incorrect price that no reasonable operator would have offered — sga999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This right is exercised solely to correct genuine pricing errors, not to void bets that simply resulted in a loss for sga999.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per market type are detailed in the platform's betting rules section. sga999 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for individual Members at its sole discretion where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• For live in-play betting, sga999 may suspend markets at any time to protect the integrity of pricing. Any bets submitted during a market suspension or during a system outage will be void and stakes returned.
• In the event of event postponement or cancellation, sga999's settlement rules will apply in accordance with the standard industry practice for the specific sport and market type involved.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sga999 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with sga999's platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be confiscated.
• Systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms or markets in a manner that abuses sga999's promotional pricing.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content through sga999's communication channels that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of applicable law.

sga999 employs real-time fraud detection systems to monitor for prohibited conduct. Upon detection, sga999 may immediately suspend the relevant Account(s), withhold all pending and available funds pending investigation, and share relevant information with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sga999 platform — including but not limited to the sga999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of sga999 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the sga999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sga999 content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the sga999 platform.
• Create derivative works based on sga999's proprietary materials.
• Use sga999's brand assets in any context that could cause consumer confusion or imply an endorsement relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sga999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the sga999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained through the use of sga999's sportsbook, casino, or lottery products.
• Loss of data, account access, or Funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity failures beyond sga999's reasonable control, including but not limited to Internet service outages, data center failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on promotional materials, odds, or game information that contained an error subsequently corrected by sga999.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes sga999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Suspension & Termination

sga999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detected use of prohibited software or engagement in collusion.
• At the Member's own request for self-exclusion under sga999's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent legal authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, sga999 will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the Member. Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach provisions set out in these Terms.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting sga999 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following completion of final KYC checks.

12. Responsible Gaming

sga999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling on sga999 is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

sga999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Member's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your sga999 Account.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given time period before your account is automatically restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each play session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Schedule regular on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and current balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all sga999 products for a period of your choosing. Exclusions are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

Continued use of the sga999 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions was published. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

14. Governing Law

sga999 operates under an internationally issued gaming license. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga999 holds its operating license.

Any dispute arising between a Member and sga999 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the competent authority in the applicable jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents sga999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
